I would say they need to rethink their policy and if they are so worried about receiving stolen junk which I get it happens but I think they should take pictures of what is brought in with the person bringing it in and copy of license and vehicle tag or registration. In my case I can't give them documentation of something that has been in my families barn before I was even born and now that I have taken ownership of the barn and the contents that were left omni source tells me I have to keep it. Don't think so! You have lost me as a customer and I will never use Omni source again. Another thing the presentation of your business in Auburn is degraded and from now on I will Stay with Metal X. They told me where to go and what I could look for and when I went out to the yard to start looking two guys were not helpful at all first told me I can’t buy anything and second overpriced a small piece of angle iron for 4 dollars a piece but told me 1/4 c channel 10’ long was 6. I believe his name was Israel who gave prices. Very disappointing did not feel welcome in the yard. Cudos to ladies in the weigh-house! I just wonder how many others He has cheated and He didn't get busted on His scale I was $50.00 short on My check. Then They ask me what I wanted to do about it. Well the Car was already unloaded , They werent going to pay me the $50.00 They cheated me out of , so I said I guess He needs the money He cheated me out of worse than I need it. So I said well just let it go. Needless to say I wont be doing business there again. But You better bet on Me giving Him lot of advertizement that His scale He weighs everyone on is weighing 900 lbs. light , to Benefit Him not the Seller.
