Lou's Auto Services (9th Street Location) at 3507 W 9th St, Trainer, PA 19061

car parts, junkyard, salvage yard, scrap metal dealer, used auto parts store Real customer testimonials Tucks Dave Rated this company 5/5 I have never had a bad experience at Lou's. Jimmy and the crew do the best work at reasonable prices. They do not beat around the bush when it comes to servicing your car. Jimmy lets you know up front of any issues before he works on your car or truck. I have been coming here for a very long time, and I cannot think of a better place to take your car for general repairs. Dennis Daly Rated this company 5/5 Super Auto inspection and repairs. Jim is amazing handling the daily business in a friendly expedient manner. If a part or a part of your car needing attention I go to him first. He has saved me time and money on numerous occasions. I have referred friends and family who all have had similar experiences. Tracy Jo Dance Rated this company 5/5 I needed a tire replacement and they were able to get a tire and install it in less than an hour and get me back on the road. They were also able to replace my starter for the right price. I definitely recommend Lou's. N Hall Rated this company 1/5 They lie to their customers! Tried to get my Serpentine belt replace and at first they say it will take a hour to do but when I didn't receive a call from them within a hour, I decided to walk up there. The guy talking about they couldn't get to it to replace. And also said it was my power steering belt that needed to be replaced because it was shredded but I had already received a diagnosis from another mechanic that my Serpentine belt needed to be replaced because it makes squeely noises when I turn on the vehicle. And I had sprayed water on the Serpentine belt to test to see if the squeely noise would go away and it did for a little while than the noise came back. Thus I know it's no issue with my power steering belt because I don't have problems steering while I drive. Again, they are liars and my guess, lazy too because they don't have the tools to just replace the belt that I need to replace. Yall can't get over on this female! Thus, I'm glad yall didn't do work on my vehicle. Unprofessional shop! Yall get 0 stars but Google maps require 1 star to rate. Jon Manerchia Rated this company 5/5 I've been taking my cars here for inspection and other repairs since 1987. Jim and the crew have been nothing but honest respectfull every time. Their work is top notch and reasonable not to mention fast.

Real customer testimonials Christina Sparks Rated this company 1/5 My van was towed there 17 days ago got told it should be done in 10 days tops 2 weeks. Called a week ago said everything was coming along good would call Friday with time to pick up on Saturday.. called all day Friday and Saturday with no answer or call back. Drove to the shop and was told my van is next to be done… Robert Donaldson Rated this company 1/5 They already know who I am . They are thieves especially the father and son . Still have issues with them. Will return soon. Jeffrey Gertz Rated this company 5/5 Nice customer service. Charged $10.00 total to mount my spare tire on a rim. Its hard to park on the property and its not the cleanest place for sure, but I cant complain. They got me in and out quickly and for a great price at that! Lorenzo Carswell Rated this company 1/5 The owner Anita is very rude and tried to charge my son an extra charge $125 for flyid replacement after my son paid them almost $1800 for transmission to be fixed. He had transmission fixed but car after 1 day leaked all the transmission out of it so under 90 warranty he brought car back to be fixed. He was without his car for 7 weeks. Once he came back to get his truck, they claimed they saved him money by not charging labor a second time. The mechanic admitted not calling my son to let him know of additional charges. Mechanic said he was too busy to call my son to let him know it would be an extra $125 to replace fluids. These side shops are not worth the headache. Find somewhere else quickly. Stand up for what is right!!!! Ashlee Hempstead Rated this company 1/5 You get what you pay for and they do thw bare minimum expecting to charge you more for things that were never brought up. I had my engine swapped here and they did just that and told me over the phone that my car was ready to go. Then I find out it has an oil leak and when cashed out was told my battery was bad and dead. They will give the run around. I was told that they would call me when my egine got there they never did and I found out on my own. They do not communicate with you but expect you to put more money into a basic job. I do not trust them and when I took my car to a real trust worthy place I found out they did more damage than said.
